  1. For purposes concerning user distinction, authentication, and communication and/or marketing. The following personal/device information will be collected:

For compliance with Local and International Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CTF), Sanctions Screening (SS) and Know Your Customer (KYC) laws or requirements stipulated by Lipi's partners and operating jurisdictions, the following personal information will be collected as mandated for the provision of money transfer and payment processing services:

    • 2. Date of Birth
    • 3. Place and country of Birth
    • 4. Passport and/or National Identity Card Scan and information
    • 5. Address
    • 6. ID/Passport Photograph
    • 7. Signature
    • 8. Bank & Mobile wallet Account Information
  3. For enablement of advanced security, transaction authorization, user experience enhancement features and logging of error/crash data the following information might be collected:
    • 1. GPS Location
    • 2. IP Address
    • 3. Face ID, Touch ID, voice, or other biometric information
    • 4. App Settings/Configuration
    • 5. Address Crash/Error Date & Time
    • 6. ID/Passport Photograph6. Mobile and/or Internet Network Information
  4. Data generated and stored during the usage of the Lipi and/or Culipa service might include the following information:
    • 1. Payment Recipient(s)
    • 2. Payment Amount(s) and currency(s)
    • 3. Payment Date
    • 4. Payment Geo-Location
    • 5. Payment Reference(s) and/or descriptions
    • 6. Bank/Wallet account from which a payment has originated

Data Usage & Access

In accordance with local Data Protection Laws, the above collected personal information is securely stored and encrypted.
Personal Information shall only be accessible to personnel to the extend necessary to properly perform their respective duties in relation to the purposes for which Lipi may process such data.
Lipi only processes the collected personal information for the purposes stipulated in this policy or where required by applicable Law.
